Apple has turned its back on the federal government over the FBI’s demand for easier access to an iPhone connected to one of the terrorists in December’s San Bernardino shooting, with CEO Tim Cook penning a letter to consumers on the company’s decision. Is Apple overstepping its boundaries in terms of its relationship with the government or is it following precedent? Marc Rotenberg, president of the Electronic Privacy Information Center speaks with RT’s Lindsay France about Apple’s confrontation with the government.
