Chelsea Manning rewrites the Espionage Act


Whistleblower Chelsea Manning, who is serving a 35-year prison sentence for leaking state secrets and information, has written a 31-page model bill that would rein in aspects of the US Espionage Act, which is nearly 100 years old. Ben Swann speaks with whistleblower Jesselyn Radack about the specifics of the bill, and what whistleblowers like Manning and herself are looking to gain.
