Edward Snowden Bust Illegally Mounted at NYC War Monument

A bust of Edward Snowden was mounted this morning in Brooklyn, New York near the Prison Ship Martyrs’ Monument in Fort Greene Park by an anonymous artist. The sculpture, which has already been removed by park rangers, was meant as a tribute by the artists who consider Snowden a hero despite criticism from many who still see the NSA whistleblower as a traitor. We look at the story on the Lip News with Jackie Koppell and John Fenoglio.
