NSA Spying Ruled Unconstitutional By Court Before Patriot Act Renewal


A Federal Court has ruled that NSA bulk data collection is illegal, just weeks ahead of the potential renewal of the Patriot Act. The NSA spying that was notoriously exposed by Edward Snowden through the PRISM surveillance program, and others like it, uses a bulk data collection to sift general information that Congress never authorized in spite of their voting the Patriot Act into law following 9/11.
